1. Object
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between Serenity World FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Serenity World”) and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) placing an order via the serenityworld website. ae.
2. Acceptance of conditions
By validating his order on the serenityworld.ae website, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation. Serenity World reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are water detection machines to protect against flooding and drain water. The essential characteristics of the products are described on the serenityworld.ae website. Serenity World strives to provide descriptions that are as accurate as possible. However, in the event of minor differences between the description and the product, Serenity World cannot be held responsible.
4. Order
To place an order, the Customer must create an account on the serenityworld.ae website, provide complete and accurate information, and follow the process
online ordering. Serenity World reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.
5. Price
Product prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include all applicable taxes. Serenity World reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.
6. Payment
Payment for orders can be made by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the serenityworld.ae website. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Delivery
Serenity World ensures the delivery of products:
- Within 2 to 4 days in the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on logistical constraints and transport conditions. Serenity World cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
8. Receipt of products
Upon receipt of the products, the Customer must check the condition of the goods and immediately report any anomaly or damage to the carrier as well as to Serenity World. In the event of proven non-compliance, Serenity World undertakes to replace or reimburse the products concerned, subject to availability.
9. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition.
10. Warranty
The machines benefit from a 6 month warranty offered by Serenity World. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. In the event of a problem during the warranty period, Serenity World undertakes to repair or replace the defective machines. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
11. Liability
Serenity World cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the Customer to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products he plans to order.
12. Personal data
Serenity World undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Client. The information collected is necessary for order management and commercial relations. In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data.
13. Intellectual property
All elements of the serenityworld.ae site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of Serenity World. Any total or partial reproduction of the content of the site without prior authorization from Serenity World is strictly prohibited.
14. Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the legislation of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts on which the head office of Serenity World FZ-LLC depends will have sole jurisdiction.
