1. Duration of the Warranty

All products sold by Serenity World come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.

2. Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

  • The product was used in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.
  • The product has not been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • Damage does not result from misuse, accident, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • The product serial number is intact and legible.

3. Complaints Procedure

For any warranty claim, the Customer must follow the following procedure:

  2. Product Return : If customer service confirms the need to return the product, they will provide shipping instructions. Return costs are the responsibility of Serenity World in the event of a proven defect.
  3. Inspection and decision : Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our technical team. Serenity World will decide to repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect use, improper maintenance, or installation not in accordance with the instructions.
  • Normal wear parts, such as batteries or filters.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or outside of serenityworld.ae.

5. Limitation of Liability

Serenity World's liability is limited to the repair, replacement or reimbursement of the defective product. Serenity World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
